Info

Biography Vivian Alarcón, (born and stablished in Barcelona, 1995), is a Spanish artist known for sculpting glass and mixed media into profound studies of the spirit, emotion, and metaphysical states.

Her background studies have helped her develop compositional precision with a deep sensitivity to silhoutte, a foundation powerfully demonstrated at the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao in 2019. Now specializing in glass as her core language, she explores spiritual processes, hermetic tradition, and esotericism through sculpture and installation, aiming to make a material trace of the intangible.

Her parallel project House of vv becomes a more playful ground where she explores archetypes of childhood memories, including developing exclusive collections for brands and designers such as Casa Batlló,  Palau de la Música, Luga Hugo Brucurelli x Hermès windows, Thevxlley, and her work has been recognised by AD Spain, also selected as Best of Spain (2024) issue, The Oblist curation, and featured in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and M Le Monde, amongst others.
