Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our handcrafted glass, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the production process has begun. Please ensure your choice is final before purchasing.
Exceptions apply only if the item arrives damaged during transit or if there is a mistake in your order. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours.
The 'Fix' Service
We want your glass art to last a lifetime. If your piece breaks, we offer a Repair Service for 45€. This process involves re-casting the broken glass with new material to restore its beauty.
To request a fix:
- Send images of the broken piece to hello.vivianalarcon@gmail.com.
- Explain the incident so we can assess if the damage is fixable.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the piece back to our studio.
Note: Shipping costs for repairs are covered by the customer.
